01

Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is Nils Raabe, Erdbeerweg 48, 26605 Aurich, Germany. For privacy enquiries, you can contact us at info@future-ready.net.

02

Hosting and server logs

Hosting provider: Hostinger. Server location: Germany.

When this website is accessed, IP address, time, requested file, browser details and technical errors may be processed in server logs to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

03

Browser storage and consent

This website stores your separate language and analytics choices as future-ready-consent-v1 in your browser, with a timestamp and version number, so that your choices are respected. You will be asked again after no more than twelve months. Earlier choices about language storage do not permit analytics collection.

If you allow it, your chosen language is saved as future-ready-language. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Language switching still works without consent; the language may be passed in the URL when navigating. You can change both choices at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Analytics is off by default.

04

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand website use and effectiveness. It measures page views, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location, clicks to Future-Ready OS, and successful contact or newsletter requests. Google technically processes your IP address; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

Google Analytics loads only after you actively agree. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, we send no analytics requests to Google. Advertising consent and Google signals features remain disabled for this website. We do not send names, email addresses or form contents as analytics events; page addresses in our events omit query parameters and URL fragments.

Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_9S5K8PMEWY cookies with pseudonymous identifiers. This website limits their lifetime to 180 days without automatic extension. Event-data storage at Google follows the retention settings of the Analytics property; aggregated reports may remain available longer. You can turn analytics off anytime through “Cookie settings”. We then stop further collection, remove the analytics cookies accessible on this website, and reload the page. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already transmitted.

05

Google: recipients and international processing

When analytics is enabled, analytics data is transmitted to Google. Google LLC and affiliated companies may process it in the US. Google describes the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients and Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable, as safeguards for international transfers. This analytics processing is separate from the contact and newsletter details processed through Brevo.

Google Analytics in Future-Ready OS

In the application at v3.incyder.cloud, we use Google Analytics 4 only if you agree to optional analytics there. It measures first and returning visits, page views, sessions, engagement, and successful account registrations and sign-ins. Referring pages, browser and device information, approximate location, and pseudonymous browser and session identifiers may be processed. The information about Google as provider and recipient, including possible international transfers, also applies to this measurement.

A registration is recorded as sign_up only when Firebase Authentication confirms that a new account was created. A successful sign-in to an existing account is recorded as login. We include the sign-in method, such as Google or Email, as an additional event parameter. Firebase user identifiers, names, email addresses, passwords, and learning or practice answers are not sent as parameters of these analytics events. Page and referrer addresses in our analytics configuration omit query parameters and URL fragments.

Analytics is off by default and loads only after your active consent in the application. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Advertising consent, personalized advertising, and Google signals remain disabled. Processing needed for your account and sign-in through Firebase Authentication is separate from optional analytics; you can use the application without analytics consent.

The application saves its own analytics choice on this device until you change it or clear your browser data. Use the cookie icon and “Analytics preferences” to withdraw consent at any time for the future. We then stop further collection for this analytics service. Previously set analytics cookies may remain until they expire; you can remove them through your browser’s site-data controls. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already sent to Google. Your entry-website choice does not automatically apply to the application, or vice versa.

Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_755FTXV2WN cookies in the application. Google’s standard lifetime is two years; browser limits or data-stream settings may shorten it, and return visits may renew it. Retention of user and event data at Google follows the Analytics property settings; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Our Cookie Policy provides further storage information.

Google: data use on websites and in apps
07

Fonts, images and videos

Fonts, images and videos are served by this website. Loading them does not contact Google Fonts or an external video host. Technical requests may be recorded in server logs.

08

Contact by email

If you email info@future-ready.net, we process your email address and message to respond. Contract-related enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Emails are processed through the email provider and deleted after the enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

09

Contact form and Brevo

If you use the contact form, we process your email address, message and, if supplied, name to respond. Email address and message are required; the form cannot send without them. Contractual and precontractual enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The server sends your form details through Brevo as an email to our contact address. Brevo processes the details for email delivery; the receiving email provider processes them for delivery and mailbox storage. The message is not automatically added to a newsletter list. The form sets no cookies and loads no Brevo browser scripts.

To limit abuse, the server checks the answer to a simple arithmetic question. Hashes derived from sender and technical connection addresses are held in memory for around ten minutes to enforce sending limits. A hash derived from the sender address and message is retained for five minutes after a successful send to suppress duplicate messages. These caches contain no address or message copies. The form server has no message database. Emails in our mailbox are deleted after they are handled unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

10

Newsletter signup

If you submit the newsletter form with your email address and express consent, our server sends that address to Brevo. Your chosen language selects the confirmation email. Your address is added to the newsletter list only after you click the link in that email (double opt-in). You receive no newsletter without confirmation. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Newsletter consent is separate from cookie settings.

The Future-Ready newsletter occasionally contains ideas and updates about clearer thinking, learning, and better decisions. You can unsubscribe for the future via the link in every newsletter email or by contacting us. Your address is then removed from the active mailing list; records of consent and withdrawal may be retained where needed to demonstrate lawful sending.

Brevo processes the address, delivery and confirmation events as a service provider. If enabled in Brevo, email opens and clicks may also be recorded. The form on this website sets no newsletter cookies and loads no Brevo browser scripts.

11

Recipients and information needed to access the site

Technical access data is processed by the hosting provider Hostinger. Email enquiries pass through the email provider. Form enquiries pass through Brevo and the receiving email provider. You need not enter information in the contact form simply to visit the site; technical connection data is necessarily generated on access. Brevo says its databases are hosted in the EU.

Brevo: data storage location
12

Retention at Brevo

According to Brevo, transactional logs and email previews are retained without a fixed limit by default.

13

Connection to Future-Ready OS

On the homepage, your browser automatically requests the public membership catalog at v3.incyder.cloud/api/membership/catalog to display Plus and Premium availability. The check may repeat when you reopen or return to the page. The OS service receives your IP address and technical request details. This lookup sends no cookies, account credentials, form contents or referring page address. Following an OS link then opens the separate application, which has its own privacy and cookie settings.

14

Daily email sending limits

To protect against automated email requests, we also store separate daily counters for contact requests and newsletter confirmations. They contain only the calendar date, number of sending attempts and warning status, with no email addresses or messages. The counts survive server restarts and reset on the first sending check of a new day. When usage is high, we write a warning containing aggregate counts to the server log.

15

Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time for the future. You can also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. The Lower Saxony Commissioner for Data Protection is particularly relevant for controllers based in Lower Saxony.

Contact us at info@future-ready.net.
